The PORTRAITS – Hellerau Photography Award is a collaboration between HELLERAU – European Center for the Arts and Kunstagentur Dresden. The non-profit association Portraits Hellerau e.V. was founded in 2018 to handle the organizational and financial aspects of the competitions and exhibitions within this collaborative project.
